Can I make changes to my order?
If you wish to amend or cancel your order please contact us at info@dlouise.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. Please kindly note that as your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch we may not be able to accommodate your request.
I am missing an item from my order. Can you help?
If an item is missing from your order, email us right away at info@dlouise.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the parcel you have received, please include the shipping label in the image.
We will quickly check with our team/ CCTV to see if we can locate the item, or if we think it's been lost/ damaged whilst in transit so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I return my order?
1. Please read our returns policy before starting your return.
2. Tell us what you’re returning by clicking the link on your dispatch email.
3. Once that’s complete you will be provided with a postage label to affix to your parcel. Simply take this to your local post office to send it back to us. UK orders come with a free postage label, but do keep the receipt so you have a record of the tracking number.
Will my original shipping charge be refunded?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
I don't have a printer. How do I return without one?
Sadly, we are not able to provide a print in-store QR code at the moment. If you are returning your item and cannot print your shipping label, please carefully handwrite the address on your parcel.
