Please note that we do not ship orders over the weekend or during national UK bank holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

To our friends in the European Union (EU), all orders placed from 6th July 2023 will no longer encounter additional charges or duties upon delivery if the total value of your order is under €150. This means the price you pay in your cart is the final price you’ll pay. 

To our friends in the United States, please note you will not be charged any extra fees unless your order is over $600.

Other International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. These are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.

We recommend you check with your country's import regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before you receive your order. If you are unsure please do reach out to us at info@dlouise.co.uk.

Orders

Can I make changes to my order?

We are sadly not able to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

I am missing an item from my order. Can you help?

If an item is missing from your order, email us right away at info@dlouise.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the parcel you have received, please include the shipping label in the image.

We will quickly check with our team/ CCTV to see if we can locate the item, or if we think it's been lost/ damaged whilst in transit so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Item returned to sender

If your order has been returned to sender, please get in touch with your order number along with an alternative delivery address, and we will re-dispatch your order as soon as we have received it. Please note depending on the circumstance, you may have to pay an additional shipment fee. 

I have received a defective item

If you have received your order but something is damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@dlouise.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number, and a photo of the issue, our team will send out a replacement for you right away. 


If your D.Louise gift box has in any way been damaged in transit, please reach out to our team and we will re-dispatch new packaging for you right away.

Discounts

We always hope that you are able to get the best possible price on your purchase however, we are only able to offer one discount per order.

Packaging

Our gift boxes + jewellery pouches have been thoughtfully designed for you to house your jewellery for years to come. We use minimal packaging in all of our shipments and it can always be reused or recycled. If your D.Louise gift box has in anyway been damaged in transit, please reach out to our team and we will re-dispatch new packaging for you right away! 

Returns

Our Returns Policy

f you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days, excluding earrings (for hygiene reasons) and gift cards. All returns can be quickly submitted via our returns portal, and should be sent back unworn and in their original packaging.


We process returns within 14 days and funds will return to your account within 10 days. If you received a free gift with your order, and you are looking for a refund, you will need to return both items to us.

How do I return my order?

  1. Please read our returns policy before starting your return.
  2. Tell us what you’re returning and arrange your postage by providing your details to our returns portal.
  3. Once that’s complete, you will receive an email with your postage label, or QR code, along with all instructions of where to post your return.

Is it free to return my order?

D. Louise does not cover the postage cost when returning orders for a refund or exchange. All postage costs are calculated and payable at the last step on our returns portal before receiving your postage label/ QR code.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please get in touch with us at info@dlouise.co.uk instead of sending back your item.

I don't have a printer. How do I return without one?

A QR code will be emailed to you if you do not have a printer at home. Please make sure to select this option when requesting your return.

How long will it take to process my return?

We do our best to process returns within 14 working days. If you require your exchange sooner, please email info@dlouise.co.uk and our customer service will be able to help you.

I received a free gift/item. Can I still get a refund?

If you have received a free gift with your order, and are looking for
a full refund, you will have to return the entire order including the
free gift.

If however, you decide to keep some items from the order, you
may keep the free gift if the parts of the order you keep mean that
you’re still eligible for the free gift. Please email us at info@dlouise.co.uk with your order number if you need any help.

Will my original shipping charge be refunded?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

We have so much faith in the craftsmanship of our jewellery that every piece we sell is covered by our lifetime guarantee. So should your jewellery suffer any discolouration, or breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no additional cost to yourself. 

Kindly note that our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items, or items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear + tear (for example scratches/ snapping due to force). 

Jewellery Care

All our pieces are made from the highest quality stainless steel. This means that every piece is waterproof, sweatproof and well, lifeproof.

We take pride in the fact all our pieces can be worn in the shower, to the gym and at the beach. You can wear perfume and moisturisers without having to worry about the colour fading. Wherever you go, whatever you're doing, you will never have to take them off.
